James Lawrence, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Lawrence joined Bold Energy III as its Chief Financial Officer in April 2014. Prior to joining Bold, Mr. Lawrence served as Vice President-Finance and Treasurer for Legacy Reserves LP, where he was significantly involved in Legacy's strategic planning, acquisition analysis, investor relations, treasury, hedging and capital markets functions. Prior to joining Legacy in June 2010, Mr. Lawrence worked for nine years in investment banking, including the last six years in the Energy Investment Banking Group at Raymond James & Associates, where he served as a Vice President. During his investment banking career, Mr. Lawrence gained extensive transactional experience primarily working with exploration and production companies and master limited partnerships in various energy sub-sectors. Prior to his investment banking career and attending business school, Mr. Lawrence worked for five years in public accounting, focusing on taxation. Mr. Lawrence holds an MBA with distinction from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Lawrence is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
Ryan Riddle, Vice President of Finance & Accounting
Mr. Riddle began his career in the energy banking and finance industry. In 2008, Mr. Riddle joined ProPetro Services Inc. as Accounting Manager where he led the accounting and financial reporting functions of the organization. In 2010, Mr. Riddle joined the accounting group at Clayton Williams Energy, Inc. (CWEI) where he undertook positions in the revenue and joint interest departments and also managed the accounting for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Desta Drilling Company. In 2013, Mr. Riddle joined Bold Energy III as a partner. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University. Mr. Riddle is currently a member of the Petroleum Accountants Society of the Permian Basin.
Robert Langford, Controller
Mr. Langford began his career in 1976 as an accountant for Forest Oil Corp. in Denver, Colorado. He spent over 15 years with Forest in Denver and in Midland where he oversaw accounting functions for operations in the Permian Basin, Mid-Continent, the Rockies, and Canada. In 1992, Mr. Langford joined Southwest Royalties, Inc. as Accounting Manager where he managed all aspects of operations accounting. Mr. Langford was Controller for Southwest at the time of the acquisition by Clayton Williams Energy in 2004. He remained with Clayton Williams as General Accounting Manager prior to joining Bold Energy in 2007. Mr. Langford continued his position as Controller and partner in Bold Energy II as well as in Bold Energy III. Mr. Langford has a BBA in accounting from the University of Central Arkansas.
Tiffany Lorentz, Accountant Clerk
Mrs. Lorentz began her accounting career while working for a local oil and gas company. There she responded to request; resolving complaints; gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording data, information, and documents. She attended University of Permian Basin where she study Business Administration in Management. She is originally for Orlando, FL. Before coming to Texas she worked as Guest Service Manager for Walt Disney World where she supervised multiple locations, organized large events, organized and maintain multiple inventories, resolved customer complaints, championed Diversity education, scheduling, and training incoming cast members. She accepted a position as accounts specialist with Bold in September 2014.
Dawn R. Money, Office Administrative Manager
Mrs. Money began her career as a Production Clerk for R&R Pumping in Eunice New Mexico in 1988. She graduated from New Mexico Junior College with an Associates Degree in Accounting in 1991. She worked for State Farm Insurance from 1993-1998 earning her Property-Casualty and Life Insurance Licenses. She went on to become the City Clerk/Treasurer for the City of Eunice and earned many certificates in Governmental Accounting and Managing. In 2005 she returned to Oil and Gas production with Meritage Energy after they acquired Kaiser Francis properties; maintaining all well data, conducting land research, production and regulatory reporting. She also earned her Land/Real Estate Certification from Midland College in 2009. She then joined Berry Petroleum after they acquired all of the Meritage assets in 2010. She was the Production Department Head and managed over 200 wells through various acquisitions. Mrs. Money joined Bold Energy III in 2013 as Administrative Manager and partner.
Tracy Ivanhoe, Administrative Assistant
Ms. Ivanhoe graduated from College of Communication Studies, Texas Tech University in December 2012. She previously worked at Oxy Permian in Midland Texas doing various clerical and filing duties. She completed her internship with The Ronald McDonald House of Charities in Lubbock Texas where she authored press releases and advertisements, event planning and various other social networking duties. Ms. Ivanhoe joins Bold Energy III in 2013 as the Administrative Assistant to all departments.
